Colombelle Fleur de Givre is a sweet white wine from the IGP Côtes de Gascogne region, crafted primarily from the Gros Manseng grape variety by Plaimont Producteurs. This wine features a bright straw-yellow or pale gold hue with silver reflections, offering an exuberant nose characterized by candied lemon peel, white flowers, and acacia honey. On the palate, it provides a harmonious balance between a smooth, enveloping sweetness and a refreshing, mouthwatering acidity, finishing with subtle notes of grapefruit zest. It is an ideal companion for aperitifs, foie gras, spicy Asian or exotic cuisines, blue cheeses, and fruity desserts. To preserve its aromatic integrity and natural vivacity, the wine is typically fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and should be served chilled at approximately 8 to 10°C.Region:South West France
