Colombelle Fleur de Givre is a sweet white wine from the IGP Côtes de Gascogne region, crafted primarily from the Gros Manseng grape variety by Plaimont Producteurs. This wine features a bright straw-yellow or pale gold hue with silver reflections, offering an exuberant nose characterized by candied lemon peel, white flowers, and acacia honey. On the palate, it provides a harmonious balance between a smooth, enveloping sweetness and a refreshing, mouthwatering acidity, finishing with subtle notes of grapefruit zest. It is an ideal companion for aperitifs, foie gras, spicy Asian or exotic cuisines, blue cheeses, and fruity desserts.
