What you'll need:
Fresh Ginger, Ginger Ale, 50ml Vodka, Lime, Angostura Bitters,
How to make it:
In a tall glass, pour in the vodka and squeeze in the juice of half a lime. Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters, then fill the glass with ice. Top up with ginger ale, then stir gently to combine and release the flavors. Garnish with a lime wedge and a small slice of fresh ginger for extra aroma.
(Optional) For extra ginger flavor, gently muddle a few slices of fresh ginger at the bottom of the glass.

What you'll need:
30ml Martini Rosso (Sweet Vermouth), 30ml Gin, 30ml Campari, Orange, Ice
How to make it:
Add ice cubes to an Old Fashioned glass. Pour in the gin, Martini Rosse, and Campari, then stir gently until well chilled and combined. Finish with a slice or peel of fresh orange.

What you'll need:
60ml Aperol, 90ml Sparkling Wine, 30ml Soda Water, Orange, Fresh Thyme, Ice
How to make it:
Fill a high ball glass halfway with ice. Pour in the Aperol, sparkling wine and soda water then stir gently to combine. Finish with a slice of (fresh or dried) orange and a sprig of thyme to enhance both the aroma and flavor.

What you'll need:
Fresh Mint, Fresh Lime, Brown Sugar (or Sugar Syrup), 50ml White Rum, Soda Water, Ice
How to make it:
In a tall glass, gently muddle together the mint leaves and half a lime cut into 4 pieces, pour in the white rum and sugar, then give it a quick stir. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with soda water. Stir lightly to combine.
Finish by adding a slice of lime and a few fresh mint leaves on top for decoration.

What you'll need: (for 6-8 servings)
6 Egg Yolks, 150g White Sugar, 480ml Whole Milk, 240ml Cream, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp Nutmeg (Optional: Rum, Bourbon, Brandy)
How to make it:
Whisk the Yolks and Sugar until pale and slightly thickened. In a saucepan, combine Milk, Cream and Nutmeg, heat gently until hot. Pour some of the Hot Milk mixture into the Yolk while whisking. Pour everything into the saucepan. Cook until thickened, stir constantly, until it reaches around 70°C. Remove from heat and stir in the Vanilla and Alcohol if using. Refrigerate at least 2hrs to thicken and top with a dash of nutmeg before serving.
