Delivery Information
DELIVERY TIME
Any orders made on the website will be delivered during the timeslot that you select during checkout. This can be on the same day or any of the next days depending on your preference.
1-hour timeslots are available within Phnom Penh. If you have a flexible schedule, select 4-hour timeslots or full day. In provinces it is only possible to select the day. If you need any changes or would like the delivery on a more specific time, reach out to us.
Our service is available from Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 8pm
Delivery in Phnom Penh
Delishop partners with a wide network of suppliers to offer one of the largest online assortments in Cambodia. Because we source many products directly from our partners rather than keeping every item in stock, delivery times may vary depending on the availability and opening hours of each supplier.
Each product page clearly displays the earliest available delivery option, and you can easily filter products by delivery time to find items that match your schedule. This way, you can shop with confidence and choose products that can be delivered when you need them.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Need your groceries quickly? With Express Delivery, your order will be delivered within one hour of placing it.
Express Delivery is available for a selected range of partners and for delivery addresses within the central areas of Phnom Penh. To check whether your order qualifies, ensure that your default delivery address—or the address selected for your current shopping basket—is within the Express Delivery zone.
When Express Delivery is available for your order, you will see the option clearly indicated in your shopping basket during checkout.
Order before 19:00 for express delivery.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
With Same Day Delivery, eligible products will be delivered later the same day when you place your order before the daily cut-off time.
Same Day Delivery is available for selected partners and delivery addresses within the full area of Phnom Penh. During the checkout, you can select a 1-hour, 4-hour or full day delivery timeslot.
Order before 14:00 for same-day delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If a partner has already closed for the day or the daily order cut-off time has passed, products from that partner will no longer be available for Same Day Delivery and will instead be delivered the next day.
During checkout, any unavailable delivery timeslots for the current day will be disabled automatically, allowing you to select the next available delivery time.
HOW TO PREPARE
The Delishop delivery team will bring your order at your doorstep. If you live in an apartment, please make sure we can get into the building.
If you are not at home, you can authorize someone else to receive your order (building management, neighbor, security…). In such case, leave a comment on your order or reach out to us
If something happens on our side, forcing us to postpone the chosen delivery date and/or time, a customer service representative will call you.

Province Delivery
We deliver nationwide using national carriers. During checkout, select your address and choose Door-to-Door or Pickup at Bus Station.
If you order fresh or frozen products, we will carefully place them in a foam box with blocks of ice. For frozen products, we do not recommend this option as, once passed to our third-party carriers, your package is no longer under our supervision and products may defrost while on the way.
Additional fees may occur depending on the number of boxes used to pack your order (average $2.5 per box)
DELIVERY TIME
All orders with Province delivery are being packed and sent through our carriers in the afternoon.
The packages generally arrive the following morning for the main province cities or next day for smaller, more remote locations.
PAYMENT
We accept only online payment during checkout as carriers do not offer payment on delivery as an option.
DELIVERY FEES
$4.50
If the order is heavy or requires additional ice box, additional charges may apply. We will communicate them to you once the shipment is done.
